Aloha! Welcome to the Zack Pacleb State Farm Agency, located in beautiful Downtown Hilo. I am proud of the fact that I'm a born and raised Hilo boy who has been given the opportunity to help my community with insurance and financial services. I'm a proud graduate of Waiakea High School- Go Warriors! I also attended the University of Hawaii- Hilo where I majored in Business Administration. I have been with State Farm for the past 4 years, and prior to that I spent 8 years at Big Island Federal Credit Union as the Asset Control Manager. My mission is to provide the State of Hawaii with a reputable, friendly team of professionals that offer the individualized choices to meet their insurance and financial services needs. My career has been marked by helping people understand unfamiliar and sometimes complex products, and how they can benefit from them. As a team, we will use those skills to help our policyholders uncover threats to their financial well-being and safeguard them from those threats.

Currently a member of the Hawaii Island Professionals chapter of Business Networking International. I enjoy being an active member of a local church where I am currently involved in the Music Ministry and Religious Education program.
